For more than 12 years, we steadily grew in digital repair, and have more than 9 years of success in Prague. It is the huge baggage of ready-made solutions of all kinds of repairs that allows us to go the fastest and safest way to restoring your devices.

All types of repairs  are carried out in the territory of our service center exclusively by our specialists on modern equipment.

In 90% of cases you will receive the first priority information within a few hours after the application for repair. About 75% of repairs are successfully completed within 4 days. We also provide express diagnostics and express repair services.

The complexity of repair work increases every year – we keep a close eye on it and do not neglect investing money to upgrade or replace the equipment.

Unfortunately, we are often approached by clients with negative prior experience of situations where they were forced to pay for unsuccessful repairs, or they were subjected to a heavy payment for repairs without prior approval. We do not approve of this policy of service centers. In the absolute majority of cases, we will be able to estimate the cost of repair already at the stage of inspection of the device in your presence. We do not take any action on your device without the owner’s knowledge and approval.

Depending on the type of work, we provide a guarantee of 3 to 12 months.

Diagnostics are provided free of charge, except in the case of fluid damage and for devices after unsuccessful repairs at other service centers.
